Retail Team Lead - San Diego, CA

Take your first step into leadership as a Retail Team Lead! You'll earn $22.50 hour (Base of $18.50 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour) while working on your skills in developing other future leaders. Assist in getting new team members up and running with training and you'll lead by example as you continue to WOW your own customers on the sales floor. You'll learn about inventory support and provide assistance in Grassroots marketing and community outreach.

You'll be measured on your ability to hit your sales goals, your attendance and punctuality, and your ability to achieve success in your development of others.

Your workout:

• Demonstrate the level of leadership that comes from a minimum of 2+ years sales or supervisory experience plus key holder experience
• Help Customers stay fit as you help them reach their goals by outfitting them in the best footwear
• Experience in being a key holder and in leading opening and closing duties.
• Experience in coaching and leading in the development of fellow team members.
• Flexible and open availability – whatever it takes to best serve the needs of our Customers. (**Weekend availability is required**)
• Willingness to apply sales and service skills to ensure a WOW experience for every Customer!
