Retail Store Supervisor - Solana Beach, CA

Your duties day-to-day will consist of facilitating the Customer experience by holding your team accountable to our Customer Commitments. You’ll also partner with the Store Manager in driving store performance to meet and exceed revenue and profit goals as well support a WOW Customer experience.

You’ll be given all the tools and training you need to support your success in your new role through our management training program. Success is measured by your ability to develop your successors and your team’s ability to consistently meet and exceed all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

***Must have open 7 days a week availability to best serve the needs of our Customers and support your team.***

• Partner with our training team to give the BEST training in the industry to new team members within their first 90 days to help turn them into sales superstars.
• Serve as the acting leader on the floor supporting your Assistant Manager and Manager and always lead by example.
• Be punctual and reliable as you will be entrusted with some opening and closing duties.
• Conduct Perfect Fit Zone training and certifications.
• Plan and conduct pre-race meetings to prepare your team members for the day’s events as they start their shifts.
• Actively reach out to local community members, teams and clubs about our in-store events and Grassroots Marketing program.
• Be a role model and inspire your team with your positive attitude and high energy.

Requirements:

• • Demonstrate a level of leadership that comes from a minimum 2 years of retail/consumer sales experience including 1 year in a supervisory/management role.
  • Reliability and flexible availability that may include days, evenings, holidays, and at least one weekend day
  • Open to up to 10% travel to support stores within your area or region.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills that will inspire and motivate team members at all levels.
  • Advanced computer skills including the ability to work with Microsoft office programs and navigate the online systems.
  • Able to prioritize, and use time management skills to keep ahead of daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
