As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will aid with and facilitate the Human Resource processes at all business locations. This role administers Team Member health and welfare plans, and acts as liaison between Team Members and insurance providers. You will be the key point of contact for resolving benefits-related problems and ensuring effective use of plans and positive Team Member relations. The Human Resource Coordinator makes certain plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations, and that plan provisions are followed. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Human Resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. This role reports to the Human Resource Manager.
