Join Road Runner Sports as our HRIS & Payroll Coordinator, in this position your primary responsibilities include managing and coordinating all aspects of the Road Runner Sports Human Resources Information Systems. In this role you will be the subject matter expert on our HRIS, ATS and Time Keeping system with a focus on system optimization, reporting and data accuracy within each system. You will develop and implement news systems capabilities and define a roadmap for operational changes in workflow to achieve efficiencies in the HR Department workflow. This position will also play and integral role in the bi-weekly processing of payroll this will include auditing data, running reports, and preparing data for payroll processing.

Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year University; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
