Join Road Runner Sports as our next HRIS Coordinator. In this position you will play an integral part of the Humam Resources Team collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to assist with recommendations related to recruitment, retention, and legal compliance. This role will also oversee system integrations, optimization and seek out opportunities to leverage Road Runner Sports HRIS capabilities.

What you will get to do as an HRIS Coordinator:

  • You will be an ADP Superuser and addresses all HRIS system questions (login registrations, access, etc.)
  • Processes Time & Attendance set up edits needed to address systems, access, or organizational structure issues
  • Run Time & Attendance reports, and assists with any manual imports to bridge all Time & Attendance systems
  • Troubleshoots and processes updates to ADP validation tables
  • Investigates, troubleshoots, and resolves any connector issues (API, Data feeds, etc.) between all HR systems
  • On a bi-weekly basis conducts HRIS audits to ensure proper coding of team members (state lived in and worked, worker category, FLSA, EEO-1 classifications, etc.
  • Fields and resolves Applicant Tracking System (ATS) access or system issues in iCIMS.
  • Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from the human resource information system (HRIS), payroll outputs, team member records, government labor statistics, and other sources.
  • Supports other leaders requesting reports and or analysis of retention, and turnover.
  • Updates the RRS ADP homepage as needed
  • Supports the creation and distribution of an HR Dashboard as requested
  • Seeks to improve and automate HRIS processes
  • Assists with team member reports for anniversaries, birthdays, and other team member data for Team Member celebrations
  • Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate will possess HR Certificate or AA degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HRIS, HR Administrator, or HR Analyst role
  • The right combination of intelligence, compassion, and common sense. Ability to deal with ambiguity, new situations, and a variety of factors to find practical paths forward in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Comfortable with mathematical concepts, financial information, and HR data. Strong skills in developing and analyzing HR and other business metrics.
  • Advanced ability with HRIS applications and Microsoft Office 365; including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel.

USD $25.00/Hr.

USD $26.50/Hr.
