Road Runner Sports is looking for a Merchandising Coordinator to join our growing Merchandising team. This is an entry-level role with big learning opportunities and is perfect for someone who is organized, curious, analytical, and excited to build a career in e-commerce and merchandising. You’ll support our Senior Merchandise Manager and Category Managers by helping bring products to life on our site, from setup and launches to data accuracy and visual storytelling. What You’ll Do

Support Product & Site Merchandising

  • Help ensure product data, pricing, imagery, and attributes are accurate and customer-ready across the site
  • Assist with seasonal assortment updates on category and product pages
  • Monitor product placement, categorization, and on-site presentation to ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Maintain product accuracy using our Product Information Management (PIM) tools and submit Jira tickets as needed

Bring Products to Market

  • Coordinate and support timely product launches aligned with the product roadmap
  • QA new product introductions to ensure SKUs are live, orderable, and merchandised correctly
  • Support 3rd-party fulfillment partner (3PF) communications and updates

Analyze, Learn, & Optimize

  • Assist with basic product performance reviews and flag opportunities for improvement
  • Support gap and competitive analysis at the market level
  • Stay on top of industry trends through competitive shopping, social media, search trends, and trade shows

Collaborate & Communicate

  • Create and maintain monthly visual merchandising boards for cross-functional partners
  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as the business evolves

 What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset, you take ownership and follow through
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • A genuine interest in merchandising, retail, and consumer products
