In this role you will be the subject matter expert on our HRIS, ATS and Time Keeping system with a focus on system optimization, reporting and data accuracy within each system. You will develop and implement news systems capabilities and define a roadmap for operational changes in workflow to achieve efficiencies in the HR Department workflow.
